The Event
When a leading Aviation manufacturing company (client) wanted to celebrate its European customer base in style, they envisioned a party inside an active aircraft hangar at Le Bourget Airport, Paris.
CLE partnered with a leading build design company to bring that vision to life, delivering an unforgettable evening that combined luxury, aviation, and a true sense of occasion.
The Concept
The brief was clear: create a vibrant and stylish celebration which embraced the hangar setting rather than disguising it. Guests were surrounded by private jets available for tours, with the aircraft themselves becoming part of the experience.
Our goal was to strike the perfect balance, making the space feel comfortable and welcoming while retaining the raw, industrial atmosphere of a working hangar.
The Experience
Working with a top Parisian caterer, CLE designed a bespoke culinary journey. Featuring gourmet canapes, live food stations and a carefully curated drinks list, all served across a custom-built bar. A live DJ set the tone for the evening, transforming the hangar into a lively and memorable party environment.
To complete the experience, CLE curated the styling, furniture layout, and lighting design, ensuring every detail contributed to the atmosphere.
The Challenges
Delivering an event in a working hangar came with unique operational challenges. The space had to be:
- Installed, styled, and fully set up within a day
- Returned to operational use by midnight
This required meticulous scheduling and supplier coordination. Our management team were actively involved on-site to ensure every element ran seamlessly.

CLE took responsibility for every aspect of the event, including:
- Venue styling and furniture layout
- Catering and bespoke menu design in partnership with a Parisian caterer
- Budget and logistics management
- Security planning and staffing requirements
- Onsite coordination from setup to teardown
