With over 200 rooms secured, we managed the entire accommodation process, including contracting, deposits, rooming lists, and guest services. This ensured a smooth and comfortable stay for all attendees, aligned with the event’s premium positioning.

To guarantee the best guest experience, all attendees received personalised joining instructions, including bespoke maps and travel information. We coordinated executive coach transfers between hotel and the venue, offering a punctual and stress free journey throughout the event.

After evaluating several high profile London venues, we selected the Natural History Museum, a visually stunning location with dramatic architecture and heritage appeal. Its Central Hall provided a breath taking backdrop for the awards, combining elegance and grandeur for an unforgettable evening.
