Creating the premier networking dinner at DSEi
The brief was clear: make this dinner the most anticipated reception on the DSEI event calendar. From venue selection to final execution, our goal was to deliver a luxury corporate experience that would leave a lasting impression.
The evening began with an elegant drinks reception overlooking the city’s most iconic landmarks, followed by a beautifully styled three-course dinner in one of London’s most sought after event spaces. Catering was provided by one of the capital’s leading culinary teams, delivering exceptional service and flavour from start to finish.
A sky high challenge: Logistics at London’s Sky Garden
Hosting an event at the Sky Garden, perched atop one of the city’s busiest public buildings, posed unique challenges. With only 1.5 hours allocated for delivery, set up, and styling, our team had to operate with precision timing and logistical expertise.
The centrepiece of the event: a 109ft long by 5ft wide banquet table, designed for high impact. The table was delivered in segments, assembled onsite, and fully dressed with bespoke linens, elegant tableware, and lush florals, all within the limited set up window. Access was restricted to a single service elevator, requiring meticulous planning and execution to keep everything on track.
