Networking is about creating moments that leave a lasting impression. For QinetiQ’s top 100 leaders, we designed a relaxed and sophisticated evening event at The Dockmaster at The Wharf, perfectly balancing style, comfort, and connection.
As part of the QinetiQ Leadership Community program, an evening networking event was hosted at The Dockmaster at The Wharf, a vibrant and recently redeveloped area in Washington DC. Designed to encourage relaxed conversation and relationship building, this event offered QinetiQ’s top 100 leaders an opportunity to connect outside the formal conference setting.
The Dockmaster provided a modern, waterfront backdrop that highlighted DC’s contemporary side, with stunning views and a relaxed yet stylish atmosphere.
Our goal was to create a seamless transition from the conference sessions to the networking event, ensuring the tone shifted to a more informal and social setting. CLE managed every aspect of the evening, from coordinating with local vendors for decor and catering, to ensuring that dietary preferences and logistical requirements were smoothly handled.
The event was styled with modern floral arrangements and furniture to complement the venue’s architecture creating spaces for guests to enjoy both inside and out.
