End to end guest experience
Understanding the importance of corporate hospitality during such a busy show, CLE extended its service beyond the exhibition grounds. Managing hotel bookings, guest itineraries, and onsite logistics, stationing a dedicated CLE team member at the hotel to offer support to clients and guests throughout their stay from arrivals and transfers to dinner reservations and urgent lastminute requests.
At the airshow, CLE took full responsibility for catering operations, ensuring a consistent and high quality F&B service across all client spaces. From fresh morning coffee to elevated lunch service, our team managed every element of the menu planning, vendor coordination, and delivery.
We also oversaw budget control, health and safety compliance, and food safety management, ensuring every touchpoint not only met expectations, but adhered to the highest international standards, essential in a high profile, globally attended setting like Singapore.
